If you find the perfect-for-you affirmation for anxiety, you can begin to heal from your worries and live life as you were meant to live it.

Find an anxiety affirmation for to help you past your anxiety! Dump those worries!  I have provided many to choose from because, as you might guess, affirmation does not fit all.

Affirmations are very personal and only work if they feel true to what you need to change in your life.  You must believe them deeply.

Pick one that feels right and make life changes!  If it doesn't quite feel right, print it and start editing: scribble out words that aren't right for you, and add something more appropriate. Make it sound good to your own ear as you read it aloud. It needs to be something you deeply feel.
